We, the Rosenstadt Sangerhausen GmbH are looking for a manager for our shop Gartenträume (m/f/d) in the Rosarium Sangerhausen and in the Röhrigschacht Wettelrode from February 2020.

Your tasks:

• Set-up and maintenance of an inventory management system
• Product presentation and sales
• Independent purchasing/calculation of goods
• guest service
• staff planning
• Processing of payment transactions

Your profile:

• professional experience in shop management (preferably in a medium-sized business)
• completed vocational training in retail and several years of professional experience
• several years of experience in the field of personnel management
• high innovative strength as well as creativity in the development of offers
• ability to work under pressure, flexibility and reliability
• ability to communicate and work in a team
• strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Car driving licence (mandatory)
